Any experience in submission grappling art such as Judo, Sambo, Submission Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Catch Wrestling, Japanese JuJitsu, etc will count in experience for the nogi divisions.

WRESTLERS must not start in Novice as a Kid or Teen and in adults wrestlers must start at beginner and the ADD submission grappling EXPERIENCE to figure their division level

If a person is in a position that would be awarded points such as back, mount or knee on belly, the position must be held for 3 seconds after the Point Half has started. 'Action' points such as passing the guard, takedown and sweeps will not be awarded when points begin. The full action must take place after points begin.

The rules governing points, stalling, boundries etc are the same as the gi rules. The only difference is in the legal submissions in each experience division, the points do not start for the 1st half and OVERTIME is 1st to any points or advantage. The overtime will begin immediately after the regulation time period.
